posted October 24th, 2010 by RevosAdminOn Friday 10/22 over 80 CZ-USA employees and friends gathered at Camp Geiger to enjoy day out at the range. For the first time ever all ranges were open, so the guests could enjoy safe pistol shooting, rimfire rifle shooting and shotgun shooting. We have launched the event at brand new Herzog Lodge where we have introduced the shooting range, ran through the safety rules and served hot dogs and burgers. It was a pleasant afternoon warmed by October sun. Our guests burned over 8,000 rounds of ammunition and had a great time.

2009 at a glance
posted January 14th, 2010 by geiger2009 marked the beginning of the Geiger Shooting Range; the first of its kind shooting complex operated the Boy Scouts of America Pony Express Council. Thanks to the help of our generous sponsors and countless hours of hard work from Scouts and volunteers, we were able to raise the funds, construct the complex, train its range officers and welcome the first shooters in only six lightening quick months. The range opened in October with a Boy Scout Sporting Clays event. In November we hosted a fund raising Sporting Clays shoot supported by numerous local businesses. This was followed by two public weekend shoots before having to shut the range down for the winter.
Beginning in April 2010 the range will reopen to the public. Mark your calendars and come on out for all the fun!
